ALAN S. LOWE

Mr. Lowe is the owner of Lowe & Schoolar, and has been practicing law for over 35 years. His practice focuses on real property, employment law, business & commercial law, and personal injury. He has successfully represented individuals and businesses in all types of litigation and transactional work. He has represented clients before the United States Office of Administrative Law Judges, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), Georgia Court of Appeals, the Fulton County Business Court, and State and Federal courts throughout southeastern Georgia.

Mr. Lowe is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia, and is admitted to the Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Savannah Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Environmental Law Institute.

Mr. Lowe earned his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University in 1970. He went on to attend law school at the University of Georgia, graduating in 1973, and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia that same year.

He began practicing as an attorney with the former law firm of Nelson, Haslam & Weiner. Mr. Lowe later joined Attorney Aaron L. Buchsbaum in creating the law firm of Buchsbaum and Lowe, LLP, a thriving law partnership of more than 30 years. After Mr. Buchsbaum retired in 2007, Mr. Lowe formed Alan S. Lowe & Associates, P.C.



Lowe & Schoolar, P.C. is located in downtown Savannah, Georgia, and serves clients throughout southeast Georgia, including Chatham County, Effingham County, Bryan County, Bulloch County, Liberty County, McIntosh County and Glynn County.
